Clean Your Luxury Rolex Watch: Photo Step-by-Step Guide

 

One of the most important things you as a Rolex owner can do to extend the life of your Rolex at home is to clean it often. We’ve included 19 images showing you how to wash your all-metal models to keep it looking beautiful!

Step-by-Step guide:

  1. Make sure the Winding Crown is closed and screwed in tight.
  2. Open the clasp.
  3. Run warm water.
  4. Dispense a small amount of light dish soap onto a soft, damp cloth or sponge.
  5. Give the cloth a quick rinse to avoid using too much soap.
  6. Gently wash your Rolex; paying special attention to crevices where dirt and debris hide.
  7. Wash around the Winding Crown.
  8. Clean the crevices of the clasp.
  9. Don't forget to scub the back of the case head, bracelet, and clasp.
  10. Fold the bracelet to reveal space between each of the links.
  11. Gently scrub between the links to remove hard-to-reach dirt and debris.
  12. Rinse off excess soap.
  13. Softly pat to remove excess water with a dry paper towel or soft cloth.
  14. Use a blow dryer to completely dry your Rolex to avoid water spots.
  15. Use a clean paper towl and spray a small amount of glass cleaner.
  16. Wipe to reveal an even cleaner sapphire crystal.
  17. Aim to wash your investment once a month. Now enjoy a freshly clean Rolex!
