Our mission is to make buying the greatest watches in the world easier and more accessible. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your watch in its original condition within seven days of receipt.

Once you place an order, your watch is extensively tested and monitored before being delivered. We start this process during our standard shipping and handling time of 3 days in order to ensure maximum performance and accuracy.
U.S. orders are delivered free via fully insured sigatured required shipping in about 3 to 4 working days after payment is made. A dedicated Watch Chest representitive will be in contact with you every step of the way.

2. Wrist Size & Schedule Delivery
Once payment has been made, your dedicated representative will set a delivery date and collect your wrist size for sizing the watch. Delivery is usually made between 1-3 business days after payment clears.
3. Shipment & Tracking
All shipments are fully insured, overnight, & signature required. This means we will provide you tracking the day before the scheduled delivery date. The package will be discrete as to not disclose its contents.
4. Sign For Package & Enjoy Your Watch
Shipping carriers usually arrive between 10am-12pm and require a signature. If no one is able to sign for the package, the carrier will reattempt two (2) more times before the package is returned.
