Shipping & Delivery
1. Checkout & Payment
Proceed to checkout and choose your preferred payment method (bank wire, credit card, Wells Fargo financing, cash/check, or cryptocurrency). If you prefer, give us a call at 417-319-4044 and your dedicated representative can process your order over the phone.
2. Wrist Size & Schedule Delivery
Once payment has been made, your dedicated representative will set a delivery date and collect your wrist size for sizing the watch. Delivery is usually made between 1-3 business days after payment clears.
3. Shipment & Tracking
All shipments are fully insured, overnight, & signature required. This means we will provide you tracking the day before the scheduled delivery date. The package will be discrete as to not disclose its contents.
4. Sign For Package & Enjoy Your Watch
Shipping carriers usually arrive between 10am-12pm and require a signature. If no one is able to sign for the package, the carrier will reattempt two (2) more times before the package is returned.
Sizing Guide
At Watch Chest, we recognize the importance of the perfect fit for a luxury watch experience. Upon placing an order, we'll request your wrist size and provide complimentary adjustments before delivery. All watches are sized as depicted in the photos at the time of purchase. Should you require a specialized fit beyond the watch's current size, we offer additional links or larger straps for a nominal fee. However, you're also welcome to request additional links or straps from your local Authorized Dealer. If you're uncertain about fit, please don't hesitate to contact us before making your purchase.

These are suggested ranges and you can go larger in size if you like large watches, but we recommend to not go smaller.
